Instructor Profile:	Jenny Day is a physiotherapist working one day a week in each of three small hospitals in the Greater Western Area Health Service, NSW. In March 2004 Jenny was given the opportunity to learn, & become accredited in, Tai Chi for Arthritis with Dr Paul Lam. She became accredited in Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 in 2006, after a workshop in Parkes, NSW with Dr Lam & Master Trainer Pat Webber, & in Tai Chi for Diabetes in January 2005 at the annual One Week Workshop in Sydney, NSW. Jenny returned to the One Week Workshop in Sydney in 2006 & 2007 to complete the Sun Style 73. Together with Libby Godden from Forbes NSW, Jenny has assisted Master Trainer Pat Webber at her November 2006 workshop for new leaders in Dubbo NSW & following this has provided support & follow up to these new leaders. Jenny runs both new & continuing classes in Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 1 and Part 2 and Tai Chi for Diabetes in each of the communities which are open to everyone. She has given talks & demonstrations at community functions, as well as assisting with a morning of demonstrations at the recent opening by the Governor of NSW of the Dubbo Museum & Cultural Heritage Centre. Jenny has also given a talk & demonstration at the G.W.A.H.S.Physical Activities Network and from this some people have gone on to complete their Tai Chi for Arthritis and Tai Chi for Diabetes Training.
