| Instructor Profile: | I took the first Tai Chi class at the primary health care center for my arthritis in 2002. I remembered that I enjoyed so much of that class, and wanted to continue to practice on my own. I became an instructor for TCA program in 2003 because I want to help people like myself through Tai Chi, and I have been practicing tai chi for 15 years since then. I am currently certified instructor for TCA, TCD, and TC for Kids program, and became a senior trainer with MT Younghee Park in 2006. |
