Instructor Profile:	Wilfred Kwok, a physiotherapist with the post-graduated qualifications in Ergonomics and Health Administration. He is now working in Melbourne for the Hospital Admission Risk Program and in private practice. He is the Master Trainer for Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Health and the Stanford University- Chronic Disease Self Management Program. He is the Clinical Educator for Physiotherapy student, the Guest lecturer for Hong Kong Occupational Safety and Health Council, the Black Belt Assessor for the 5S- Kazien Lean Quality Management System. And he has clinical experience in complementary therapy method such as Buteyko Breathing Method, Feldendrakis/ Alexander Technique and Health Coaching and Flinder Model of Self-mgt in chronic conditions.
