| Instructor Profile: | Sandra graduated in Physical Education in 1970. Arthritis caused her early retirement in 2001 and she now uses Tai Chi to manage her condition. Her first Tai Chi for Health Workshop was with Dr Paul Lam in 2006 . She gives high priority to individual needs and draws on her considerable experience of teaching movement to encourage and enthuse people who have chronic health issues to take up Tai Chi to improve their health and wellbeing. Currently most of Sandra's work is funded by the NHS but she has worked with Princess Royal Carers Trust, Diabetes UK, Parkinsons Society and various other local community groups. |
