| Instructor Profile: | Roberto began his Tai Chi and Qi Gong practice in Miami, U.S.A. Studying as a Massage Therapist he specialized, and is licensed in applying Tai Chi to people with special needs. Experiencing the Qi Gong and Meditation training as instruments to relieve pain and settle the mind, he developed interest in Dharma practice. As a natural evolution Roberto joined Dr Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Health program, getting certified in Tai Chi for Arthritis, as well as Tai Chi for Diabetes, 73 Sun style, 36 Chen style. Roberto is sharing the Teaching to people with Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson and Fibromyalgia. As a Master Trainer of Dr Lam Tai Chi for Health programs,Roberto is cooperating with resident instructors in Europe: Bologna Italy, Barcelona, Madrid Spain,organizing workshops and regular classes for the community, teaching Tai Chi to persons with mental health challenges, and working with Universities and physiotherapist associations to increase the use of TaiChi practice in the health care system. Sharing and supporting in this way, Dr Paul Lam's project in Europe. |
